How far in advance do I need to order?
We recommend you order your birthday cake at least 2 weeks in advance.  However, we can sometimes  take orders last minute.  Email or call for
availability.

Do you have cakes ready for pick up at the bakery?
Yes, we do have a limited amount of "express cakes" available for purchase every day.  However, we recommend you pre-order your cake so we can
customize it for you.

What's your payment policy?
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date; the remainder is due at least two weeks prior to your event.

Your order is not confirmed until we have received your signed contract and deposit via cash, check or credit card.

Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card (Visa, AmEx, or Mastercard). Cake orders placed with less than two weeks notice require payment in full by credit card at the time of order.

There is no refund on orders cancelled within 7 business days of the event date.

Do you deliver?
Yes.
Delivery fees start at $50 for cakes delivered within 20 miles of our bakery.  We charge $2 a mile one way after that. Our delivery range is roughly 2 hours from Dallas.

Longer deliveries are occasionally arranged, but must be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Do you ship your cakes?
We do not ship our cakes.

Do you ship your cupcakes?
We do not ship our cupcakes yet, but check back we will be adding this service soon.

I have dietary restrictions. Can you help?
Currently we are not making sugar free cakes, Sorry.
